Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be required to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to the following:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Attending to walk-in customers
  • Daily monitoring and reconciliation of customers’ accounts
  • Responding to emails
  • Receiving payments from customers
  • Report generation
  • Daily bank deposits
  • Emailing invoices and monthly statements to customers
  • Field visits to customers
  • Manage company social media accounts.

Qualifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including English Language, Mathematics.
  • An associate degree in business management would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position will be an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license is a plus.
