Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of Car Rental Agent.

Duties to include but not limited to:
➢ Answer all incoming calls; screen calls, and/or take messages if necessary.
➢ Log and record daily transactions, and credit card log.
➢ Meet and greet all persons entering establishment as well as at the airport.
➢ Schedule all rental reservations for customers.
➢ Assign and rent vehicles out to customers and explain rental policies to customers.
➢ Check in returned vehicles; inspect returned vehicles for damages
➢ Clean all vehicles inside and outside.
➢ Assist rental manager in other duties, such as help keep track of vehicles, help maintain the cleanliness of office, work area and the vehicle.
Qualification:
✓ Associates degree or 5 CXC subjects including English
✓ Two to three years’ work experience in administration or customer service.
✓ Must have a valid driver’s license

❖ Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
❖ Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
❖ Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
