The Child Protection Authority is accepting applications for the following Position:
Human Resource Manager
Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR functions within the Child Protection Authority. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the Authority’s mission to protect and empower children. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, lead workforce planning, manage recruitment and retention, oversee employee development, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Key Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Professional certification is a plus.
Skills and Competencies - In-depth knowledge of Grenadian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Uphold a high ethical standard in the workplace.
Work Conditions - The job requires occasional travel for training or external meetings.
- Standard working hours, with flexibility required during peak periods.
Direct Reports - HR Officer supports the HR Manager in administrative and operational HR functions.
