Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide key administrative support to the Museum’s operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Museum Operations. The role includes office coordination, recordkeeping, HR support, and procurement administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update personnel files, leave registers, and internal schedules
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and internal communications
- Support staff recruitment and onboarding processes
- Manage procurement records, quotations, and vendor documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and liaise with service providers Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative role in the public, nonprofit, or cultural sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital records management
- Familiarity with public sector administrative procedures is an advantage
