Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual cleaning as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation of food preparation areas
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries
- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures
- Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work and kitchen organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items and stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
