We’re Hiring: Technical Support Personnel – Foodhub Grenada

Foodhub is a fast-growing global SAAS platform serving restaurants and takeaways across the UK, Caribbean, and beyond. Our Grenada Success Centre is expanding, and we’re looking for a Technical Support Personnel to join our team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for internal staff and remote teams (Grenada, UK, Chennai, and other markets).
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and respond to support tickets via Zoho Desk (or other ticketing systems).
  • Support user access and device management (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID).
  • Assist with remote monitoring, backups, and cloud platforms (Azure, Wasabi, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS).
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams as required.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
  • Provide excellent customer service with timely and clear communication.

📌 Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a technical support/helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with remote management tools (RMM, Intune, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of automation/chatbot systems.
  • Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
