Job Description

Are you reliable, friendly, and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a Salesclerk to join our team at our small, locally owned convenience store in the town of St. George!

CORE FUNCTIONS: to assist customers and handle sales transactions while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Warmly greet customers and provide assistance with a positive attitude
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and keep the store neat and organized
• Monitor inventory and report low stock
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• The ability to work independently

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Secondary School Level Education
• Prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
