The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Officer to drive our brand forward. This is a hands-on role perfect for a creative and results-oriented individual. You will be the engine of our digital presence, the voice of our brand, and a key support for our international sales network. You will be responsible for telling the story of our unique development to the world—from managing sophisticated social media campaigns and crafting compelling press releases to equipping our global agent network with the tools they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
● Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, website).
● Create persuasive and high-end content (website copy, brochures, presentations, and newsletters).
● Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with a global audience of investors and partners.
● Support our international network of CBI agents with timely communication and marketing assets.
● Track and report on marketing performance, turning data into actionable insights.
● Coordinate PR efforts, building relationships with local and international media.

Who You Are
● You have 3+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or digital role.
● You are an exceptional writer and communicator with a keen eye for detail.
● You are digitally savvy and fluent in social media management, email marketing tools, and website basics.
● You are highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities.
● You are professional, articulate, and comfortable liaising with high-net-worth individuals and international partners.
● Bonus Points: You have experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or the CBI industry.
