JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our Team. You will be required to drive our revenue, build client relationships and coordinate unforgettable events. From securing room bookings to working with the internal team your goal will be to keep our hotel bustling with activity. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in sales we will love to meet you.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or Marketing.
- Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) will be an asset
- Five (5) years’ experience in Sales, Hotel operations, Customer Service or Account Management.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and Hotel Sales Software
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and transport marketing material
- Ability to travel overseas to attend trade shows and conferences (must have valid passport and required visas).
RESPONSIBILITY
- Generate Leads and drive sales
- Build and maintain client relationship
- Negotiate Contracts – draft and finalize contract that balances the client’s needs with hotel goals
- Monitor Sales Goals – To track and analysis sales performance to ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are met or surpassed.
- Research Market – To stay informed about hotel industry developments and competitors’ activities to identify sales opportunity and maintain competitive edge.
- Prepare reports – compile sales data and insights to refine future strategies and
inform leadership decisions.
