Spice Island Beach Resort is an AAA Five Diamond / Six Star Diamond rated luxury all-inclusive property, situated on stunning Grand Anse Beach.
Owned by a Grenadian family, our award-winning 64-suite resort is celebrated for delivering memorable hospitality experiences to discerning guests in an upscale and relaxed ambience.
Opportunities exist for experienced culinary professionals to become part of an award-winning team in the position of Baker / Pastry Cook (6-month contract).
What we seek
- 3 – 5 years’ similar experience in luxury resorts or fine dining restaurants. International experience would be an asset.
- Culinary qualifications preferred
- Experienced in preparing breads, pastries, chocolates, desserts and ice cream
- Creativity in the use of local flavours and plate presentations
- Consistency in the use of recipes and adherence to standards
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury resort
- Must be able to work any 8-hour shift including overnight, and on weekends and public holidays
