About the Role
we’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Baker to join our bakery team. This role is ideal for a hardworking, hands-on individual who is passionate about baking and eager to learn traditional and modern techniques in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Support senior bakers with production and finishing
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery
- Help with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
What we’re looking for
- Candidate with interest in baking or food production
- Basic baking experience or culinary training is an advantage (but not required)
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work early mornings
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
