Job Description

Purpose of the Role
To drive revenue growth for COT Holdings by winning and expanding B2B accounts through consultative, solutions-based selling of commercial print and packaging services across Grenada, St. Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting sales targets through proactive field sales activity, customer service excellence, and strong knowledge of the printing industry.

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a high-performing field sales professional who can:
  • Convert complex customer needs into clear, profitable, repeatable print/packaging solutions
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers (Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Brand Managers)
  • Operate with pace, structure, and accountability to deliver market-leading customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 CXC subjects (including English & Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • 2–5 years B2B field sales experience with consistent target achievement
  • Proven experience in the printing industry (commercial print and packaging)
  • Valid driver’s license + access to a reliable vehicle for daily client visits
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)

Knowledge Requirements

  • The candidate must demonstrate working knowledge of:
  • Printing products/services (e.g., digital printing, labels/packaging, promotional items).
  • Sales pipeline management and customer account development.
  • Pricing structures, quoting, and margin awareness.
  • Customer relationship management and after-sales support.
  • Market/competitor awareness within the printing sector.
