Job Description

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to support a growing dealership business. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with customer service, sales support, administrative functions, and basic operational tasks.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and may transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with selling products and services to customers
  • Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
  • Assist with basic reporting and record-keeping
  • Perform filing and document management tasks
  • Support marketing activities, including promotions and outreach
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation
  • Conduct basic business research and assist with company development initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Working Hours:

  • 3 Days per Week
  • Either 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
