Position Overview
THE CELL (Grenada) Ltd is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory & Distribution Assistant to support the efficient management of our inventory and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately receive and log merchandise into the company’s inventory system.
- Prepare inventory reports highlighting stock variances, defective items, and obsolete products.
- Participate in spot checks, full inventory counts, and variance investigations.
- Maintain and update the Inventory Portfolio Database.
- Manage the faulty product process, including the preparation of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Assist in inventory planning to guide purchasing decisions.
- Conduct weekly inventory reconciliation audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support compliance with product tracking, security, and movement procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Perform other inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar inventory or distribution role.
- Experience with CounterPoint and QuickBooks software will be an advantage.
- A valid driver’s license will be considered an asset.
