A small, friendly restaurant in Grenada is looking for a creative, energetic and motivated Chef / Kitchen Lead to join our team.

We’re not just looking for someone to cook our existing menu. We’re looking for someone who wants to bring fresh ideas, creativity and a little flair to the kitchen – developing dishes, creating specials, planning menus and helping u s make our food something people talk about.

Our clientele is a great mix of local and international customers, giving plenty of opportunity to work with local ingredients, Caribbean flavours and internationally inspired dishes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
For us, it’s about attitude, ability, enthusiasm and ideas. Whether you have years of experience or you’re an up-and-coming chef ready for the opportunity to show what you can do, we’d like to hear from you.
We’d love to find someone who can:
• Lead and motivate a small kitchen team
• Develop menus, specials and themed food nights
• Bring creativity to flavours and presentation
• Maintain consistency and high kitchen standards
• Manage stock, portioning and food costs
• Help develop other members of the kitchen team
• Work with management on events and promotions
• Be willing to get stuck in – we are a small team!
• Above all, we want someone with energy, pride in their food, a positive attitude and plenty of ideas.
