Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Assist with processing of salary payments etc.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including preparation of correspondences to applicants, interview scheduling etc.
- Assist with the Company’s benefit programs (i.e. Group Pension Scheme, Group Medical & Life Insurance Plan etc.)
- Assist with the planning and coordination of employee activities.
QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Degree in Business/ Management/ Human Resources or a related field backed by three (3) years’ practical experience.
Experience: Experience in the HRIS systems, Microsoft Suite,
- Knowledge of Employment legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and human relations skills
- Results-oriented
- Good leadership and teambuilding skills
- Solid analytical skills and organizational skills
