EXPERIENCE HOSTS

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct excursions and activities inside and outside of the property
• Present and introduce the activities compendium and or activity schedule to guests, suggesting suitable activities that provide a personalized
• Check and clean all equipment used during any activity or recreational event.
• Effectively communicate with guests effectively and answer questions regarding activities.
• Give exceptional service to go beyond the expectations of all guests.
  
  Skills and Experience
• Should possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree and more than one year’s experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Micros, and other POS systems.
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and knowledge of the local language and customs.
  
  ASSISTANT RESERVATIONS MANAGER
• Supervise and direct Reservations hosts in their day-to-day
  responsibilities.
• Ensure Reservations hosts’ checklist is completed daily and other assigned tasks.
• Assist and handles all trainings regarding Reservations.
• Supervise and assist in all allocation of rooms.
  Skills and Experienice
• Possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree and more than two year’s experience in a similar hotel operational role.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
