Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Actively listen to customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the perfect tour package
- Provide detailed information about tour itineraries, destinations, activities, and inclusions
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Research and answer questions about destinations, visas, travel documents, and local customs
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Promote additional travel products and services (optional)

- Knowledge of specific destinations in Grenada
- Fluency in a second language
