G4S Secure Solutions (Grenada) Ltd is currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, results-driven individual to fill the position of Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with local customers, developing relationships that support contract retention.
• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Enforce G4S policies and procedures
• Optimizes resources and continuously reviews the operations within the branch to improve profitability and customer service, managing change where necessary.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers

The Ideal Candidate should have:

• Strong Leadership and Analytical skills
• Valid Light Goods Driving License is required: D Class
• Customer Oriented
• Proficient computer skills
