Job Description

The Country Cold Store is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Accurately record customers’ orders and enter in the appropriate database.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information on products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years’ experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm when interacting with upset customers.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
