Local business located in Woburn, St.Georges is seeking a talented part-time Bookkeeper to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to transition to a full-time role within 1 year for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Manage payroll & National Insurance Scheme remittance
• Generate financial reports (balance sheets, income statements)
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
• Daily cash collections and disbursements reconciliation
• Stay up-to-date on bookkeeping and accounting best practices

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience in a small, local business environment
• Proficiency in a bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online or similar)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, debits & credits)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
