Job Overview
Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Grenada Transport Commission, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This includes driving duties, office maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Driving Duties: Drive company vehicles, including the CEO’s vehicle, for official business and errands.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including restocking supplies, and performing minor repairs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including making photocopies, and scanning documents.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing mail and packages.
- Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or Administrative Officer.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that company vehicles are properly maintained, including routine maintenance checks, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Any other duties related to the role as reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a related field or a combination of relevant education and work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Valid driver’s license – D class preferably
- Clean driving record
- A knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications would be an asset.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
