Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties:
• Greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant.
• Process payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide receipts and process returns or exchanges when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register area.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.

Server Duties:
• Take customer orders, accurately entering them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.

4. Sales Representative:
✓ Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.

5. Secretary / Cashier:
✓ Perform general office duties including answering phones, taking messages, and directing inquiries.

✓ Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash records.
