What we seek:
● Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing multiple high-end food and beverage outlets in luxury hotels globally. Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage trends.
● Customer-focused mindset, high emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
● Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management, or related field.
● Proven record in developing and documenting standard operating procedures manuals.
● Proven record in Food & Beverage revenue generation.
● Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills, with an eye for detail.
● Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in creating high-performing and engaged teams.
● Good knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
● Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury Caribbean resort.
● Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Google apps, point-of-sale systems and hospitality software.
