<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To manage brand presence for brands in the assigned portfolio across all sectors by:</p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Planning, conceptualizing, coordinating and executing all marketing and promotional strategy and objectives on behalf of Principals/Brand owners and product lines</li>



<li>Achieving agreed distribution, sales, return on investment and gross profit targets of the brands</li>



<li>Consistently applying defined internal operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Division</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</span></strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/25aa.png" alt="▪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> A degree/diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related discipline<br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/25aa.png" alt="▪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> English Language and Mathematics at CXC/O-Level<br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/25aa.png" alt="▪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> A minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience at a managerial/supervisory level, with a record of hands-on involvement in brand development and promotion and in-trade exposure<br><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/25aa.png" alt="▪" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Experience in the food and consumer goods sector would be an asset</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES</span></strong></p>



<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li>Plan, implement and monitor and execute marketing strategy, objectives and budgets to achieve sales and distribution targets and to maximize return on investment and gross profits for brands in the assigned portfolio across all sectors.</li>



<li>Coordinate and implement advertising, promotional and public relations activities</li>



<li>Manage stock of brands in the portfolio to agreed levels without over- or understocking</li>



<li>Assist in the supervision of merchandising activities in trade to support promotional and sales initiatives.</li>



<li>Ensure Point of Sale (POS) material is properly managed</li>



<li>Analyze results, trends and competitive activity to ensure optimal brand performance in all Divisions.</li>



<li>Establish effective working relationships and communication with Brand Owners, and external and internal customers</li>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Summary</span></strong><br>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets and customer service standards are met. This role involves leading by example, mentoring team members, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can develop and implement effective sales strategies while managing day-to-day sales operations.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br>The successful candidate will be responsible for:<br><br><strong>Team Support and Development</strong><br>Support and advise sales and customer service teams, mentor and develop team members, conduct weekly meetings, and provide ongoing training.<br><br><strong>Sales Strategy and Execution</strong><br>Monitor competitive activity, collaborate with Marketing, ensure sales targets are met, track customer purchasing patterns, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.<br><br><strong>Performance Monitoring</strong><br>Oversee daily sales operations, monitor salespersons&#8217; route coverage and performance, utilize ERP and CRM tools, and review monthly sales reports.<br><br><strong>Reporting and Analysis</strong><br>Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, use data to identify trends and opportunities, and ensure timely reporting of sales activities.<br><br><strong>Route Management and Customer Engagement</strong><br>Ensure optimal SKU sales per route, work with teams during trade days, increase market share, build strong customer relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly.</p>

<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li>

<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li>
