Duties to include but not limited to:
❖ Oversee the entire production process, from sourcing, packaging, and distribution.
❖ Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
❖ Lead and manage a team of technicians, production staff, sales staff, and quality control personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
❖ Ensure that all products meet company and regulatory standards for purity, safety, and taste, conducting regular quality assurance checks.
❖ Ensure that operations comply with environmental regulations, safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
❖ Manage and optimize the use of materials, machinery, and workforce to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
❖ Develop and manage operational budgets, keeping costs in line with company objectives. Oversee the maintenance of all equipment, vehicles, and facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity.
❖ Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.

Minimum qualifications:
✓ A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or a related field.
✓ No less than five years’ work experience.
✓ Must have a B or D1 license.
