Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts for the apartment building
• Process invoices, rent payments, and track accounts receivable/payable
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and generate financial statements
• Prepare payroll and assist with statutory submissions
• Coordinate with property management and tenants regarding billing issues
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel, and financial software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of rental property accounting is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
