Spice Island Beach Resort is Grenada’s first luxury AAA Five Diamond and Six Star Diamond all-inclusive resort, situated on stunning Grand Anse Beach. Operated by a Grenadian family, our award-winning resort is celebrated for delivering authentic culinary experiences that showcase fresh Grenadian ingredients prepared to international standards, in an upscale and relaxed ambience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fine dining cuisine and be able to maintain high standards of quality, presentation and taste in every dish.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced culinary professionals to advance their career in a fast-paced award-winning Caribbean resort.

What we seek
• At least five (5) years’ similar experience in luxury resorts or fine dining restaurants. International experience would be an asset. 
• Culinary qualifications preferred.
• Experienced in preparation of meats, fish and seafood, to specifications.
• Creativity in use of local flavours and plate presentations; sound understanding of how flavours interact.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury resort.
• Must be able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
