Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with selling products and services to customers
• Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Assist with basic reporting and record-keeping
• Perform filing and document management tasks
• Support marketing activities, including promotions and outreach
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation
• Conduct basic business research and assist with company development initiatives
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Working Hours:

• 3 Days per Week
• Either 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications
Minimum of 6 CXCs which must include English, Mathematics, Accounts and Principle of Business.

2. Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 CXCs which must include English, Mathematics and Principle of Business. A driver’s License will be an asset.

3. Delivery Assistant
Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 CXCs which must include English.
– Fit and in excellent physical health.
– A driver’s License is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Be the First Point of Contact: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage Online Reputation: Monitor and respond to online customer reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, etc.) in a courteous and brand-consistent manner.
• Keep Us Running: Handle daily data entry tasks and maintain organized records of bookings and schedules.
• Solve Problems on the Fly: Provide calm, effective solutions for customers under pressure or during peak tour seasons.
• Support the Books: Assist with basic financial data entry (QuickBooks experience is a huge plus!).

What We’re Looking For

• Communication Pros: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to draft a polished email as easily as you handle a phone call.
• Organizational Ninjas: You can prioritize a “to-do” list even when the office gets busy.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic data entry and office software.
• Grace Under Pressure: You remain professional and friendly, even during the “rush hour” of tour departures.
• Experience: Previous customer service experience is required. QuickBooks or basic accounting knowledge is a significant bonus.
