Responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Grenada Transport Commission, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This includes driving duties, office maintenance, and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Driving Duties: Drive company vehicles, including the CEO’s vehicle, for official business and errands.
2. Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including restocking supplies, and performing minor repairs.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including making photocopies, and scanning documents.
4. General Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and processing mail and packages.
5. Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO or Administrative Officer.
6. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that company vehicles are properly maintained, including routine maintenance checks, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
7. Any other duties related to the role as reasonably assigned by the supervisor or management team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a related field or a combination of relevant education and work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
• Valid driver’s license – D class preferably
• Clean driving record
• A knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications would be an asset.
