<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Key Role &amp; Responsibilities</strong><br>• Maintains accurate records and manages the Human Resource Information System<br>• Coordinates the recruitment and onboarding process for non-management staff.<br>• Participates in the screening and assessment of non-management staff.<br>• Collates training and development needs as identified through the appraisal process or training needs analysis<br>• Assists with identifying resources to address individual and organizational training and development needs in collaboration with individual team members and managers<br>• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with legal requirements.<br>• Oversees leave management, ensures the timely submission of performance reviews and assists with organising staff schedules.<br>• Coordinates benefits administration ensuring timely submission of medical claims; NIS claims and pension documentation.<br>• Plans and coordinates employee engagement initiatives including teambuilding activities and wellness programmes<br>• Performs any other duties as required from time to time.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Position Requirements and Qualifications:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or professional qualifications accredited by a recognised Human Resource organisation such as SHRM or CIPD.<br>• At least three (3) years work experience preferably in an HR environment.<br>• Strong verbal and written presentation skills,<br>• Effective communication abilities with diverse individuals<br>• Adept conflict management skills while demonstrating<br>• Demonstrated self-motivation in a fast-paced environment<br>• Capability to work collaboratively within teams</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>● Conduct a comprehensive audit of the HR function, covering the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and offboarding.<br>● Evaluate the department’s compliance with applicable labour laws, internal policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.<br>● Review the structure, roles, and responsibilities of the HR team to determine effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs.<br>● Assess the HR department’s use of technology and systems for efficiency, security, automation, and data-driven decision-making.<br>● Evaluate the planning and execution of workforce strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and retention efforts.<br>● Review current policies and procedures for consistency, relevance, and communication effectiveness across the organization.<br>● Analyze employee engagement, communication channels, and feedback mechanisms to determine their effectiveness in promoting a positive work environment.<br>● Examine HR’s financial management, including budget allocation, cost-efficiency, and value delivery of HR programs.<br>● Assess how the HR department supports organizational change, including during restructuring or transformation initiatives.<br>● Provide a detailed audit report outlining key findings, risks, gaps, and strategic, actionable recommendations.<br>● Offer post-audit guidance and support in the implementation of approved changes, if required.<br><br>Competency Assessment<br>● Interview the HR Manager to assess knowledge, leadership capabilities, and functional effectiveness in key HR areas.<br>● Review stakeholder feedback, including from staff and management, regarding the HR Manager’s performance and leadership.<br>● Evaluate the decision-making, problem-solving, and compliance competencies of HR leadership.<br><br><strong>Methodology</strong><br>The consultant is expected to use a range of data-gathering methods, including:<br>● Document review (HR policies, procedures, reports, and personnel records).<br>● Interviews with the HR Manager, HR staff, and key internal stakeholders.<br>● Employee and manager surveys or questionnaires.<br>● Benchmarking against industry standards and best practices.<br><br><strong>Reporting &amp; Communication</strong><br>● The consultant will report directly to a designated internal team.<br>● Weekly progress updates are required throughout the audit period.<br>● A formal presentation of the final audit report and recommendations will be delivered to senior stakeholders.<br><br><strong>Confidentiality</strong><br>● The consultant is expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all sensitive or personal information encountered during the audit. <li class="">Tertiary Level Education, BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field.</li>



<li class="">Human Resource Management Certificate will be an asset.</li>



<li class="">Minimum of 2-5 years&#8217; experience in the Human Resource or Administrative field.</li>
</ul>
