<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Provide <strong>technical support</strong> for internal staff and remote teams (Grenada, UK, Chennai, and other markets).</li>



<li>Diagnose and resolve <strong>hardware, software, and network</strong> issues.</li>



<li>Manage and respond to support tickets via Zoho Desk (or other ticketing systems).</li>



<li>Support user access and device management (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID).</li>



<li>Assist with <strong>remote monitoring, backups, and cloud platforms</strong> (Azure, Wasabi, etc.).</li>



<li>Troubleshoot <strong>network connectivity issues</strong> (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS).</li>



<li>Escalate complex issues to senior IT or infrastructure teams as required.</li>



<li>Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.</li>



<li>Provide excellent <strong>customer service</strong> with timely and clear communication.</li>
</ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Degree or diploma in <strong>IT, Computer Science, or related field</strong> (or equivalent work experience).</li>



<li>1–2 years’ experience in a <strong>technical support/helpdesk role</strong>.</li>



<li>Proficiency in <strong>Windows OS, Microsoft 365</strong>, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).</li>



<li>Familiarity with <strong>ticketing systems</strong> (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow).</li>



<li>Experience troubleshooting <strong>hardware, software, and network issues</strong>.</li>



<li>Strong <strong>communication and problem-solving</strong> skills.</li>



<li>Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.</li>



<li>Industry certifications such as <strong>CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL</strong> are a plus.</li>
</ul>

<li>Experience with <strong>remote management tools</strong> (RMM, Intune, Hyper-V).</li>



<li>Knowledge of <strong>automation/chatbot systems</strong>.</li>



<li>Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.</li>
</ul>
