•Prepare simple and final syrups from raw materials, the storage of the syrup and the delivery of it to the bottling and post mix filling lines.
•Analyze all syrups for standard parameters
•Perform manual and automatic cleaning and sanitation procedures on all equipment using for mixing, storage, delivery, and filling of syrups.
•Determine, requisition, and identify all raw material, chemicals, and items to be used for the above processes.
•Ensure water use for manufacturing complies with standard

  • Assist with pest control program.
  • Assist with instrument calibration and verification.
  • Assist with the PET analysis program.

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associate Degree in Science (physics, chemistry, biology) with a minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity preferable in manufacturing environment.
•Good working Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques
•Working knowledge of the preparation of simple and final syrup
•Excellent numerical and analytical skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Previous plant operations experience will be an asset.
•Ability to work with or without supervision.
•Ability to work flexible days and hours
