   ✓ Greet all customers upon arrival, check service history and determine customer needs
   ✓ Provide cost & completion time estimate and determine need to retain old parts

   ✓ List all customer service needs, ensure all customer requests are documented
   ✓ Keep customers informed of changes in work required from original estimate of charges & delivery time and get authorization
   ✓ Monitor the repair work to make sure the vehicle will be ready when promised
   ✓ Explain work done to customer and check prices when reviewing charges
   ✓ Answer incoming phone calls and obtain information over the phone, through email or in person comfortable handling multiple priorities
   ✓ Minimum of 5 CXC passes
   ✓ No less than two years work experience
   ✓ Competence in MS Office suite especially Excel and Word
   ✓ Knowledge of Vehicles Parts and technical product knowledge of vehicles will be an asset
   ✓ Must have a valid B class license
   
2. Automobile Mechanic:
   ✓ Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
   ✓ Minimum of a Level 1 & 2 Certificate in Automotive
   ✓ No less than two years work experience as a mechanic
   ✓ Competence in computer
   
3. Sales Representative: (Part-Time, only on Saturdays)
   ✓ Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
   ✓ Advises customers by providing information on products.
   ✓ Minimum of 5 CXC passes
   ✓ No less than two years’ work experience
   ✓ Competence in MS Office suite especially Excel and Word

• Evaluate mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs; applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
• Assure system and product quality by designing testing methods; test finished product and system capabilities; confirm fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
• Keep a record of all assignments and produce detailed work reports.

Skills and Experience

• Technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.
• Advanced knowledge of Engine troubleshooting
• Electrical system diagnosis, Safety measures, Cooling system maintenance, Oil change, Starting system schematics and Braking system repair desired.
• Minimum Secondary School completion and / or
  Apprenticeship in mechanical engineering and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
