Opportunities exist for experienced culinary professionals to become part of an award-winning team in the position of Baker / Pastry Cook (6-month contract).

What we seek

• 3 – 5 years’ similar experience in luxury resorts or fine dining restaurants. International experience would be an asset. 
• Culinary qualifications preferred
• Experienced in preparing breads, pastries, chocolates, desserts and ice cream
• Creativity in the use of local flavours and plate presentations
• Consistency in the use of recipes and adherence to standards
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury resort
• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift including overnight, and on weekends and public holidays
