Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Grace Apartments, ensuring tenants’
  needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Tenant Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving
  issues promptly to ensure a positive living experience.
• Leasing and Marketing: Implement effective leasing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and
  attract new residents.
• Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to uphold property standards and
  ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Car Rental Coordination: Facilitate and manage car rental services for residents, ensuring a seamless
  process from booking to vehicle return.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and
  team members.
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildout, Tenant Cloud) and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coordinating car rentals or willingness to learn and manage this aspect of property services.
• Driver’s License

• Turning on AC units at the beginning of shifts and turning off at the end of the shifts.
