<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>What we seek</strong><br>• At least three (3) years’ similar supervisory experience in luxury resorts or fine dining restaurants. Caribbean experience preferred.<br>• Excellent skills in pastries, chocolates, desserts, artisan breads and specialty items<br>• Creativity in fusing local flavours with modern international trends<br>• Diploma in related area from a recognised culinary institution<br>• Proven record in developing recipes and conducting training<br>• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.<br>• Good leadership, training and coaching skills<br>• Good communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.<br>• Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury resort<br>• Must be able to work nights, days, weekends and holidays</p>
