Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Actively listen to customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend the perfect tour package
• Provide detailed information about tour itineraries, destinations, activities, and inclusions
• Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
• Research and answer questions about destinations, visas, travel documents, and local customs
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
• Promote additional travel products and services (optional)
