We are seeking a skilled and responsible individual who can weld and fabricate with precision, ensuring smooth operation of our boatyard and the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:
.Safely operate the welding equipment
.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while using welding equipment, ensure the well-being of personnel and protect the equipment.
.Collaborate with other team members to coordinate welding and optimize workflow.
.Conduct routine maintenance check on equipment and boatyard stands and cradles and report any maintenance or repair needed.
.Follow established procedures for safe and efficient welding in the boatyard.

Requirements:
. Five years(5) of experience as a welding fabricator
. Strong understanding of welding maintenance and welding on repairs on boat
. Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines of welding in the marine environment
. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
. Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
. Strong problem solving skills to address any challenges that may arise
. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed for emergencies
