Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with selling products and services to customers
• Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Assist with basic reporting and record-keeping
• Perform filing and document management tasks
• Support marketing activities, including promotions and outreach
• Provide general administrative support, including document preparation
• Conduct basic business research and assist with company development initiatives
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 CXC subjects, including English and Mathematics
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and POS operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach

Working Hours:

• 3 Days per Week
• Either 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admin/Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the timely scheduling of inspections and repair work for fire safety equipment while also supporting customer service and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule inspections, maintenance, and repair work for fire safety equipment.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain and update service records, schedules, and client databases.
• Handle customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to service schedules and completed work.
• Provide customers with completed proposals and updated quotations.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure service satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service execution.
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in customer service, scheduling, or administrative roles.
• Software Proficiency: Must be proficient in QuickBooks.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in fire safety, security, or a related field is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM systems.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Transportation: Must have a working vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Problem-solving: Ability to address scheduling conflicts and customer concerns efficiently.
