PKF Grenada is seeking suitable qualified persons to fill the position of Accounts Clerk.
Job Summary
The Accounts Clerk is responsible for providing accounting support to ensure efficient, accurate and timely management of financial transactions and records.

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping
- Management of accounts payables and receivables
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll maintenance
- Perform any other related duties as required by the job function
Qualifications/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or pursuing ACCA
• Three (3) or more years’ experience in an accounting environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in Quickbooks accounting software and MS Office especially Excel.
- Knowledge of basic accounting practices and principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and IT skills transferable to accounting software.
- Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and work to meet deadlines.
- Maintain high levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
