Job Description
The Administrative Assistant will be required to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to the following:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attending to walk-in customers
- Daily monitoring and reconciliation of customers’ accounts
- Responding to emails
- Receiving payments from customers
- Report generation
- Daily bank deposits
- Emailing invoices and monthly statements to customers
- Field visits to customers
- Manage company social media accounts.
Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including English Language, Mathematics.
- An associate degree in business management would be an asset.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position will be an asset.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
