We are seeking a high performing and hands on individual to join our team as:
-Technical Service Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
The general administration of the department operations and its employees. The Branch Administrator will provide support to the Department Supervisor and Manager by supplying relevant, concise, and timely information that will assist in the day-to-day operational issues surrounding the efficient running of the Department.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Associates Degree
- Two (2) years relevant experience
- Prior experience in customer service environment is an asset
- Computer literate
- Excellent oral and communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, goal oriented, self motivated, detail-oriented, persistent, and committed
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a team environment
