Job Description

A product sales company needs to fill the position of a Customer Service Representative.



To be successful in this position the candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently after receiving training.
  • Engaging personality to connect with customers.
  • Analytical thinking that leads to good decision making.
  • Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other office
    related software.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 CXCs which must include English A, Mathematics and a Business subject. Also, 5 years working experience in an office environment in a similar position. Salary is commensurate based on your working experience.
