Job Description

Spice Island Beach Resort is an AAA Five Diamond / Six Star Diamond rated luxury all-inclusive property, situated on stunning Grand Anse Beach. Owned by a Grenadian family, our award-winning 64-suite resort is celebrated for delivering memorable hospitality experiences to discerning guests in an upscale and relaxed ambience. Opportunities exist for experienced culinary professionals to become part of an award-winning team in the position of Cook.

What we seek

  • At least 5 years’ similar experience in luxury resorts or fine dining restaurants. International experience would be an asset. 
  • Culinary qualifications preferred
  • Experienced in preparation of meats, fish and seafood, to specifications
  • Creativity in use of local flavours and plate presentations
  • Customer oriented, with great interaction skills
  • Consistency in the use of recipes and adherence to standards
  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the dynamic demands of a luxury resort
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
