Job Description

Job Overview

Plays a crucial role in providing financial support to the CEO. Requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and accurately to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as processing invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling financial statements.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring compliance with established accounting procedures.
  3. Collaborate with Management Staff to prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
  4. Handle payroll processing, employee expense reimbursements, and other financial transactions as needed.
  5. Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal staff to address financial inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  6. Assist in coordinating office operations, including ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
  7. Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation, to support office efficiency.
  8. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. Additional certification in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an accounting role, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal.
  • Excellent time management. Demonstrated knowledge of report creation.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
