Job Description
The United States Agency for International Development/Eastern and Southern Caribbean (USAID/ESC) Youth Resilience, Inclusion, and Empowerment (Y-RIE) Program is seeking applications from potential partners whose missions and services align with Y-RIE’s objectives to support targeted communities, families, and youth in building resilience and enhancing safety and security. USAID Y-RIE aims to collaborate with sports organizations, clubs, NGOs, and other youth-focused groups to implement a Sports for Behavioral Change Project. This project will offer structured sports activities designed to engage youth in positive and constructive endeavors, promote the adoption of positive behaviors, and reduce opportunities for involvement in antisocial actions. The proposal should include elements for training and capacity building for coaches and facilitators, coaching clinics, training sessions for youth across various sports, and friendly community matches.
The project is to be carried out over eight (8) months, during the period November 2024 – September 2025, in the following Y-RIE focus communities:
-Mont Horn, St. Andrew Willis/New Hampshire, St. George

Applications can be submitted using the Y-RIE Partner Registration Form at the link. A virtual pre-application meeting will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. to discuss the technical and application requirements of the RFA.
