IT Officer – PKF

Job Description

Applications are invited from suitable qualified persons to fill the position of IT Officer.

Role: The IT officer will have responsibility for providing effective and efficient technical assistance to all users of the computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to users. 
The successful candidate will work alongside senior staff members to review systems operating within the environment of clients of the firm and assess the risk, if any, faced by the clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Practical knowledge of IT support role
• Working knowledge of PC and Mac Hardware, and Software, databases and computer network systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical computer issues.
• Experience in computer systems repair and troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
 
Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline.
