Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified therapist/counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy or counseling services and a passion for supporting individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
•Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
•Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and goals.
•Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving positive outcomes.
•Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
•Collaborating with colleagues and other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications:
•Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
•Licensed or eligible for licensure as a therapist/counselor in [State/Country].
•Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy or counseling services in a clinical setting.
•Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic rapport-building skills.
•Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
