Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual cleaning as needed
  • Ensure proper sanitation of food preparation areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries
  • Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling procedures
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep work and kitchen organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an asset, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items and stand for long periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
